Exploring Heritage Through Play
Beypazarı AR is an interactive map experience designed to encourage people to discover the district’s historic locations and cultural identity. Inspired by location-based games such as Pokémon GO, the project connects physical exploration with digital activities and augmented reality content.
Designing the AR Journey
I structured the experience around a map-based discovery flow in which users explore locations, encounter interactive content, and progress through gamified activities. The concept uses augmented reality to make local heritage more accessible while generating curiosity about Beypazarı and its surroundings.
